Shipping Policy

Fast production and delivery

Every piece is engraved to order, so delivery has two stages:

• Engraving and production: 5–7 business days. More demanding projects — portraits from difficult photographs, for instance — take 10–14 business days. We tell you in advance if yours is one of them.
• Transit: 1–3 business days once the parcel is dispatched.

Altogether orders normally arrive within 6–10 business days. Parcels are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Where we ship and what it costs

We currently ship within Poland only.

Parcels go out with the InPost courier. Delivery costs 12 zł — one flat rate, whatever the order value. You see the amount in your basket and at checkout before you confirm the order, and we add no surcharges afterwards.

Preview before production

We email you a digital preview of the design before production starts. The production clock begins when you approve it — if you ask for changes, the date shifts by the time the changes take.

Order tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched you receive an email with a tracking number. You can check its status at any time.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — while the parcel is still with us, we can change it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, write to us straight away. We will take it up with the carrier and either remake the piece or refund you in full — see our returns and refunds policy.
