Sent a phone photo of my cat — not a good one — and the portrait came back with her whiskers and the mark on her nose. My partner has already asked for one of the dog.

A photo of the three of us with our old dog, plus the date we brought him home. They sent a preview before engraving and adjusted the contrast when I asked. The picture is readable at arm's length, which I wasn't sure would work on something this small.
