Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

Available for all domestic orders. Your items will arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
Need your jewelry sooner? Choose express shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)
For urgent orders, overnight shipping ensures next-day delivery (order must be placed before 2 PM local time).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery times: 10-20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package status at any time using this number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
